Celery Soup


Do you like celery? This celery soup is very healthy. The consistency is light. All plant-based. Try the soup I tell me what you think. It is so easy to make, that I am sure it is going to be one of your favorites. 

Simplicity: easy

Time Consuming: 35 minutes. 

Taste: salty

Recommendation: this soup may be served cold in the summertime or at room temperature. Or very hot in the wintertime. 


Ingredients: 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    1 small onion, diced

    1 leek, diced

    8 stalks celery, chopped

    3 garlic, minced

    4 cups water

    2 tablespoons tomato paste

    1 teaspoon Himalaya Pink Salt

    Celery Seeds (optional)


    Steps :

    1- In a large soup pot heat the oil over medium heat.
    2- Add onion, leek, and celery. Satué for 10 minutes. 
    3- Add garlic stirring for 1 minute. 
    4- Stir the tomato paste. 
    5- Add the water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 
    6- Use an immersion blender to blend the soup as cream as you wish. 
    7- Topped with celery seeds. Serve hot or at room temperature.
