The cats have several bowls of water scattered about and they get washed out and filled up on a regular basis.
If I'm just topping up I use the clear plastic measuring jug.
I made the fatal mistake of leaving it under the piano one night and when I came down the next morning half of the water had disappeared.
They all love this so much that I haven't the heart to remove it and the bowls are now ignored.
How could I remove it after watching their little heads dipping into the jug and their little tongues lapping away merrily.
Oh well, I guess that's another permanent fixture along with all of the cardboard boxes and many crochet mice etc.
AND ALL FOR THE LOVE OF CATS. LOL
